Families with children birth through age 8 years of age
Parent education and family support for families in Barnstable, Dennis and Yarmouth. Funding provided by Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant through the Department of Early Education and Care.
Raising young children is filled with joy, excitement, anxiety and challenges. Meet, share, connect and learn from one another through a variety of family activities offered through the Families United Network program. We support healthy parenting practices for families through parent/child play and learn groups, parent support groups and family workshops.
Our well-trained staff and community experts can offer guidance in areas such as effective positive discipline, single parenting, fatherhood, postpartum depression and more.
Information and resources for families are available to families and community-wide events for the entire family are offered throughout the year.
Access to programs is free for families within the town of Barnstable, Dennis and Yarmouth with children birth to 8 years old. Fundraising activities to support the Families United Network programs are ongoing through the year.
